Our mat Pilates sessions are the perfect way to start a hens weekend, bringing everyone together for movement, connection and plenty of laughs. It’s a shared moment to slow down and celebrate the bride before the festivities continue - something a little different, a little elevated, and a memory your group will treasure long after the weekend ends.

Hens Pilates inclusions:

  • A short pre-event consultation to understand the group and vision so the session can be thoughtfully tailored to your needs.

  • A 45-minute mat Pilates session, designed to suit all fitness levels

  • A class that is fully tailored to your vibe - whether that’s high-energy and fun, or more grounding and relaxed

  • Pilates mats provided (so you don’t need to organise a thing)

  • Travel to the venue (a small travel fee may apply)

  • Led by a qualified physiotherapist with over 7 years of Pilates experience

Optional extras:

  • Dedicated photo time with the full set-up
